Serum, Essence and Ampoule
What is the difference between serum and essence as these two terms are sometimes used interchangeably.
Both serum and essence contains active ingredients to treat the skin of a specific concern. What separates it from each other is the texture, essence has traditionally been more lightweight whereas serum has a thicker consistency.

Ampoule on the other hand is a supercharged version of serum therefore more concentrated. When using ampoule, it is best to use it prior to using serum or essence.
