Shipping Policy
For all orders please allow 1-2 business day for the orders to be processed prior to shipping.

As we would like to ensure that you are able to shop the best priced Korean skincare product, we have a range of skincare product which is available on pre-order, therefore have a longer shipping time.
For regular orders, the normal shipping time via Australia Post is 3 business days.
Items with pre-order flag, have a longer shipping time, therefore please allow 2 weeks for shipping.

We have tried to simplify the shipping cost to ensure that only one charge is applied, therefore shipping is a flat charge of AU$8 if the total order is under AU$60.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately currently we are only shipping to Australia, however we are exploring shipping to other countries in the future. Do drop us an email and we will try to put your country at the top of the list.
